What is your return policy?

We accept returns/exchange within 30 days of purchase provided the following conditions are met:     

  1. Customer has tried on the swimsuit over underwear and the liners are still attached and intact.     
  2. Tags are still on the swimsuit.     
  3. Swimsuit has not been washed, stained, or altered. Cost of shipping will be shouldered by the customer.

Kindly send us an email at sales@sunitaswim so we can send you an instruction on how to return the product/s. Sunita Swim will process the exchange/refund within 1-2 business days after receiving and inspecting the item/s. Sunita Swim reserves the right not to allow any refund/exchange if product/s is not in good condition upon inspection.   

 What courier service do you use and how soon can I expect my order?

We use the service of LBC. Metro Manila : 1-2 days Provincial : 3-5 days.

Is same day delivery possible?

Yes, thru Grab or Lalamove within Metro Manila. Just send us a message thru WhatsApp: +639171745705 for faster transaction.

What do I do if I received a defective order?

Every package will be checked and sent out with care but in case product received is defective, kindly contact us immediately so we can address this problem as soon as we can.
